Donato Saltini founder of Gold Sport srl, a sports agent since 1989, with a degree in economics and commerce, has established himself as one of the most important volleyball attorneys because of his deep knowledge of the Italian and international markets. In more than 30 years of activity, Donato has managed and continues to represent the elite of women’s volleyball. Thanks to his work, today Gold Sport is the leading agency in the industry. The deep relationships established over the years with the world’s leading clubs, together with his expertise and reliability, have enabled him to work alongside women’s volleyball stars and build brilliant careers together.

Cristian Savani

CEO & FIVB LICENSED AGENT

Twenty years of career as a professional volleyball player, captain of the national team, Olympic bronze medalist in London in 2012, five years of international experience between China, Turkey, Lebanon, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates: all this and much more is Cristian Savani. After his sports career ended, he pursued the dream of taking care of players and players, putting all the experience he gained on and off the court, thanks to an educational and professional path in Sport Marketing and Business Development. After three years of experience as an Agent and Marketing& Sponsorship Manager in men’s volleyball, he joined Gold Sport in 2023 with the goal of offering our players innovative, holistic and personalized care and protection services.

Annamaria Bigoi

In Gold Sport for 25 years, she has an honors degree in Communication Sciences behind her. After a past that saw her first a player and then head of the press office, she decided to make her experience as an agent available, revolutionizing and innovating the role of Talent Scout. Her deep technical expertise and evaluation skills have enabled her to gain important recognition in recruiting young athletes who have now become Top Players. Excellent recruiting and management skills give her a tremendous advantage in planning the best training path to reach each athlete’s maximum potential.

Francesca Livi

She has been working with prestigious management agencies for more than 20 years, dealing with legal-sports aspects in volleyball, thus combining her great passion for volleyball with legal studies. She joined the Gold Sport family in 2010, immediately making herself a key figure and an added value to the company, as she ensures client protection in contractual matters. Her profession is also her greatest passion.

Stefano Barbieri

Stefano Barbieri graduated with honors in Sports Science, after a past as an athletic trainer for the most prestigious men’s clubs, in 2015 he joined Gold Sport as an agent. Scouting, technical and physical analysis skills of female athletes, combined with great expertise and dedication are his strengths, making him unique in recruiting young talents in the national and international field. These skills allow him to define the best path for our female athletes to reach their maximum potential.

Albertina Pifferi, who has been in the Gold Sport family since 2004, is in charge of all aspects concerning the agency’s secretariat and administration. For more than two decades, we have been welcoming our customers with courtesy and professionalism.

Tomasz Calligaro

After more than a decade as a professional player, Tomasz Calligaro decided to devote himself to other areas of his beloved sport. First as team manager of a top women’s volleyball club, she continued her education by going on to join the Gold Sport family as marketing & communication manager. In addition to his experience on the playing fields, he continues his education at Luigi Bocconi University with a master’s degree in Sport Marketing & Sponsorship
